DO: create a well organized shopping list (especially if the nerd in question will be heading to the market with you). this will allow you to stick to your budget and get in and out of the market efficiently.


DON'T: go to the market unprepared. you will end up coming home with tons of junk and nothing you can prepare a meal with.
