voila... this frosting was hell to make.
mmmmmm toasted pecans

i HIGHLY recommend using a hand mixer for the frosting. i don't currently own one as i like to think i can do everything by hand. i spent hours trying to whip the butter and sugar to no avail. i ended up with the worst sore arm and frosting that tasted and looked great but had a weirdo butter-like texture.
